Chimichou lourd de dingue, de son vrai nom chimita kissala est un rappeur et compositeur français né le 8 Mai 1987 à Luanda, en Angola.
Arrivé à l'âge de sept ans à Rotterdam, il y passa sa plus tendre enfance jusqu'à l'âge de douze ans. Chimichou arrive alors en France en 2000 accompagné de sa jeune sœur, tout deux pris en charge et élevé par leur tante.
Depuis son plus jeune âge Chimichou fut passionné de musique et de chant, il est influencé par de grands noms de la musique tel que Biggi Smalls, 2pac ou encore Jay-Z, Kriss kross, Puff daddy, Montell Jordan ainsi que Nas, Clipse, Wu Tang en passant par Michael Jackson.
En 2001, la parution du titre "what's my name" de Bow Wow fut un déclic pour Chimichou, c'est à cette période qu'il commença à écrire ses tout premiers textes en compagnie de ses petits camarades avec qui, il crée un bon nombres de titres malheureusement sans suite ni aucune valeur. Suite à un manque d'investissement et de détermination certains amis de Chimichou ont préféré abandonner la musique.
Chimichou préfère lui, persévérer, et continue à travailler seul, cherchant son style.[Read more...]
